 TAKING CARE OF YOUR JEWELRY

1. Avoid wearing the jewelry while doing physical work which can cause scratches or dents.

2. Make sure the jewelry doesn't fall down from a height, it can cause a dent.

3. when wearing bangle bracelets -  Gently fit the bracelet once so you can remove and wear it without changing its shape. We highly recommend it because bracelet that is repeatedly being open and closed becomes weak and can eventually break.

RECIEVING YOUR ORDER 

Every order is custom made in our studio and will take a few days and up to two weeks to be prepared. Contact us to check a specific jewelry delivery time

 

Domestic orders (inside Israel) arrives within 2-9 business days after shipping, depending on the shipping method.

International deliveries arrives within 14-21 business days after shipping.  You can find our entire shipping policy here.

30 DAYS EXCHANGE AND RETURN

jewelry can be exchanged or returned within a time period of 30 days after delivery.

I RECEIVED MY RING BUT IT SOESN'T FIT

If your ring does not fit, we can replace it with a new one in your desired size. Contact us for consultation stating your name, address, order number, the ring size you currently have and the new size you want, if you know it.

MY RING LOST ITS ROUNDNESS 

Silver is a bit flexible in addition to being one of the strongest noble metals. A bent might happen from a strong hit but it’s very easy to fix.

There are a few options:

1. We have an easy hack you can perform at home, contact us and we will walk you through it.

2. Visiting a local jewelry shop for a quick correction.

3. Send the piece back to us. We will fix it for free, excluding a small shipping fee. Contact us for more details.
